The ideal candidate will possess a love for prospecting new business and finding ways to develop new market opportunities with partners and solution providers reaching their business objectives through LISNR products and programs. An ability to stay abreast of market conditions, listen carefully to partner needs and propose relevant solutions is essential.
The Business Development Intern will play an integral role cross-functionally for our Business and Product teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive market research and account-level analysis to support sales planning and partner strategy.
- Build and maintain financial and performance models to evaluate key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Support account executives with tailored insights, benchmarking data, and client-ready materials that drive business conversations.
- Analyze partner performance metrics to uncover trends, operational gaps, and monetization opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on competitive intelligence and shifting market dynamics across the SaaS and enterprise software landscape.
- Assist in the creation and activation of an internal BD functions to streamline knowledge-sharing and partnership engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to align insights with execution plans.
- Champion LISNR’s proximity engagement platform and articulate its role in the evolving future of location-aware commerce.
Professional Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related business field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Experience with standard CRM packages like Salesforce
